Wet your hands and apply sanitizer
Rub your hands vigorously together making sure the backs of the hands are included
Continue for 1-2 minutes. It is the soap combined with the vigorous rubbing action that helps remove germs
Rinse well and dry your hands thoroughly with a disposable towel
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you sneeze or cough, as germs can travel 3 feet or more. Throw away used tissues and then wash your hands.
Stay at home if you are sick.
